Pyramids and triangles

I have been reading a lot about them as symbols. Masons use them, KGC supposedly used them. But what would they mean if say - carved on a rock? Or if points in a carving, when connected, create a 3 dimensional pyramid? Or possibly several interconnected ones?

O K ,
So's whut does ye experts think ? , I keep my mind open in regards to things of this nature (so opened I might add that you can see wind between my ears)
BUT , if'n a feller or lady wants to exceed at this , they MUST shed old teachings , thoughts and think way outside of the box , me thinks I'll send ol HBB a pic or two also

wonder if anyone can tell me how many degrees the compass is off since the 1500's, so say compass reads straight north would actuall north from the fifteen hundreds be say on the 3 degree mark?, any info would be a help thanks Tammahawk

The Pictures might be a bit blurry - that would be Operator Error...LOL Some I am sure are newer. Some I am sure are quite old.

I have been looking at some things and it would seem that this guy would have been in the right place, at the right time, all the time. PLUS, he had inside access to the Railroad through his father-in-law. He was also responsible for the building many "roads". Seems like it would be hard to get at a cache that was buried under a public road..Wouldn't it? Unless you had another way in of course, a hidden entrance, but it would be a smart move. Like damming up a waterway, burying...

I went to my school library earlier and checked out some books on the civil war, the titles are The Photographic History of the Civil War: Armies and Leaders, Photographic History of the Civil War: The Decisive Battles, Photographic History of the Civil War: The Cavalry, and the final book just titled The Civil War. The titles are not really of importance, but I was jsut wondering if reading about the civil war would be any use to finding information about the KGC or treasure...

KGC Treasure maps?

Alright, I've been browsing the forums, and it seems as if some of you guys actually have maps that lead to caches, if I'm not mistaken? Now, I'm just wondering, how do you come into possession of such maps, because it seems to me that these alone would be museum worthy artifacts. I'm pretty sure I read that one guy had over 80 maps?! Like, where do you get those and is it possible for me to get my hands on them? Any info would be helpful.

Hi. I'm new to the forum but have been reading and researching for a couple of years now. I stumbled onto my first set of tree carvings totally by accident. I was out looking for arrowheads with my son and it's ironic that Beech trees like the same first high ground off the waters edge as the indians did. It just so happened that these trees were within rock throwing distance of an old confederate cemetary. I began looking for other signs and started finding "Hoot Owl Trees"...

Guys, I'm fairly new to this forum. I know everything I post can be googled. Thats how I found this forum. Kept coming across posts by "Rebel" whenever I googled "Bedford Virginia Confederate Treasure."
I prefer "private" forums, where you have to be logged in in order to read. Oh well. This ones a hoot.
