I post them and then after so many I run out of room, so I have to delete some off the albums. When I do that it deleats them off the post themselves. Scroll up and it looks like crap. A lot of writing and no photos. I don't mind posting photos, but mine don't appear too interesting as they usually don't generate any comments. I feel like I'm wasting space. There is a lot of debatables about treasure hunting that could be said, but it seems only you and Alec have any opinions and care to share them. I don't know enough about Jesse James and the Kgc to help you guys argue that point. The spanish subjects seem touchy and that's what I work with most, but the spanish crowd seems small, quiet, and secretive, and probably for good reason. Real treasure hunting is probably the hardest thing a guy could do, and I don't think there is many of us that do it seriously. I know in my years I've learned enough to know I don't know much, but I feel that what little I do know isn't very interesting, because nobody cares much to hear about it or look at it. If I'm not contributing to help any, I'm probably wasting everyones time. Maybe I'll feel better when the rain lets up and I can go to the woods.

You've got some great stuff going on at your sites and no matter what you may want to post, it can all be useful to someone. If you want to be able to post more photos use photobucket, it's free and I haven't run out of room yet. http://photobucket.com As far as anybody caring about what you post, there are A LOT of people that lurk in the background looking for useful information. They just never post any because they want to keep it to themselves. Sounds a little greedy to me but what can you do. You have to do what you think is good because Karma can and will come back to bite you in the a$$! You are right about treasure hunting being one of the hardest things a person can do but it can be one of the most rewarding, even if you don't find a big stack of gold or silver. Nobody will never know it all, probably not even half of it but you don't have to know it all (or even half) to figure things out. It's all about the basics, being logical and paying attention. Fatherhood is full of challenges, but eventually they move out.

The treasure is just the icing on the cake. Rockman I have to agree with Alec and Packman. Your input is valued and from what I've seen so far you've got some good things going on.

I know I got a good thing going. I guess what I mean is that others besides us should get more involved. It seems a handful of us is doing the work while the rest sit back and don't contribute. I would almost believe, if I didn't know any better, there are only 10 treasure hunters in America! I know you, Alec, Packmanone, Mb, azz, and a few others are the real guys who get out and try to work the sites. I have great respect for you guys and one of us is going to hit it one day. If nothing else, we'll do it by sheer dumb luck, just because we actually looked in the first place. A lot of it is just recognizing when your in the presence of something buried.

I'll never find it all, so I don't mind helping others in their own search. None of us will never know it all either and by helping I learn something new as well.

No two sites are exactly the same, but some principles of hiding are almost universal. I'm debating starting a thread on how to begin a search for treasure. There is a lot of stuff hidden that has no story with it. Those kind are the most interesting to me because that means few have looked or even know it exists. It probably wont help pros like yourself, but it would be good for those who want to start.
