Can anyone tell me the story about the life size painting on a cliff wall, of a round bodied man with a bird head, wearing a black hat has a peg leg, hook for
a hand and wearing a pistol in a holster. This peglegged captian hook bird man is also next to a life size painting of an Indian with a black head band and
black belt. the bird man is looking at a round red circle probably the sun he is also nealing on his good leg. I wouldnt have thought anything about it except
I just learned that there is another one of these paintings exactley the same except it has a human head instead of a bird head. I am counting on you ptcarrol
and the rest of you Vernal boys to fill me in on the local story.
