I do find similar stuff in the lower section of the Morrison in this area. Indeed some of it is opaline material. The most beautiful is brecciated jaspers from hot spring deposits. The conglomerate in your sample is abundant in this area with similar angular inclusions from nearby hot springs deposits. The roundness of your sample does indicate considerable distance of travel. The blue color is rare, I usually see greens that push close to the blues. Nice Specimen!
